Policy
No Show - Guests lose sessions. If prepaid session/package session, that session will be deducted from your total amount of sessions. If guest is paying for session and no shows, 20% down will be required upon scheduling/booking next session. If guest no shows day of appointment a $15 fee will be invoiced to the email on file, day of no show or kept on file. If invoice/late fee is not paid upon recieving, guest will NOT be allowed to schedule with LMT until account is cleared. (ALL Prepaid and Pre-booked sessions/services included). Twice no show, guest will not be allowed to schedule anymore sessions with LMT.
GROUPON GUEST: NO SHOW GROUPON WILL BE REDEEMED ON DATE OF SCHEDULED SESSION. No questions. No rescheduled session will be appointed.
Late - All guests are allowed a 15 minute window. After 15 minutes guest will have to reschedule session. Full payment for session will still be required even if guest is late. If session is prepaid time and guest is late, this policy still applies and MTstyle Massage Studio LLC does not owe any time back to late guest. NO refunds. Repeat late guests will automatically lose session and be required a 20% down payment upon scheduling/booking next sessions. Late guest will not be able to purchase package deals. (ALL Prepaid and Pre-booked sessions/services included).
Reschedule - All guests(accept GROUPON guests)are allowed one reschedule session. After first rescheduled session guests will lose session with no refunds. If prepaid session/package session, that session will be deducted from your total amount of sessions. If guest has repeat rescheduled sessions, a down payment of 20% will be requested upon booking next session. (ALL Prepaid and Pre-booked sessions/services included).
Cancellations - All cancellations must be given 24 hour notice. If no notice is given within 24 hours all guests will lose session with no refunds. If prepaid session/package session, that session will be deducted from your total amount of sessions. All guests (except GROUPON GUESTS)are allowed one time cancellation on any and all sessions and services. Second cancellation guest will lose session with no refunds, even if prepaid. If guest has repeat cancellations, a down payment of 20% will be requested upon booking next session. All guests are responsible for rescheduling canceled sessions/services. MTstyle Massage Studio LLC tends to book out 90 days or more, in advance, so please note this upon cancelations. (ALL Prepaid and Pre-booked sessions/services included).
Misconduct - If any guest is in appropriate, ALL sessions will be canceled and if need be authorities will be contacted. Guest will be banned from MTstyle Massage Studio LLC. NO refunds to any prepaid sessions. All sessions and services included. This includes speech as well. Disrespect is not welcomed here, from both parties.
Refunds - None
Health - All guests must my clean upon all sessions. If guest is sick, session will be rescheduled even if guest is in studio. (See Reschedule policy). MTstyle Massage Studio LLC takes very seriously the health of all guests and keeping the environment clean. Please be conscious of others. Skin conditions such as rashes, open lesions, warts, dermatitis, fungus infections, etc are all contraindicated to massage. If guest is experiencing any of these skin conditions rescheduling session until condition clears up is required. Policy still stands if guest comes in for session.
Sanitation - MTstyle Massage Studio LLC by law will up hold all sanitation and health codes by the State of Wisconsin.
Scheduling/Bookings - All guests are responsible for booking their own sessions before expiration dates. Owner is not responsible of booking last minute appointments. If your session is about to expire and no availability is open, owner is NOT liable for loss of session or refunds(see refund section). Scheduling can happen in studio if guest knows schedule (See Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies). All guests must have working phone number and email address upon scheduling/booking sessions.
Package Sessions(excludes GROUPON GUESTS)- All guests are allowed one package per person. (See scheduling, no show, cancellation, rescheduling, late policies, and health policies). All sales are finale. Packages can be shared with only one family member or friend. Guest must notify MTstyle Massage Studio LLC 24 hours in advance if family member or friend is coming in. Upon purchasing package, guest has 90 days to use sessions bought. All sessions expire after 60th day if not booked/scheduled. No refunds.
Payment - MTstyle Massage Studio LLC accepts cash, checks, credit, over the phone payments, and invoices(all invoices due day upon recieving).
Pricing/Rates - ALL prices are set. Non negotiable. Subject to change.
Confirmations - All sessions/services will receive a confirmation text the day before guest session. Emails will be sent to those guests who only have a landline.
Holidays - Studio hours subject to change or close. Check website for updates. All services/sessions apply. Pre booked, pre paid sessions and packages included.
Weather - cancellations may occur by OWNER due to weather conditions. ALL cancellations will be rescheduled asap.
